I just park my car in the Grocery store parking lot. 2 young men in their car stop and rolled down their window and ask me for directions on how to get to the 405 freeway so they to get to LA airport flying back to Italy- The second person quickly showed me their "Tickets Jacket". " Antonio" spoke english with a Italian accent. They were promoting their clothing line to stores in Beverly Hills, and the samples they had left over he would give me for helping them with the directions because he would have to pay taxes returning the merchandise (7 jackets, 7 perfume bottles). Antonio ask me for 1 favor, he wanted to buy iPhone for his wifeask for $500. I ended give him $200.00Returning home, excited to show my wife all the merchandise. she notice and informed me that this is not "Armandi' label. She google it and sure enough she found the scam reviews. They got me!

She open the boxes of perfume with no authentic scent & she notice there was no a seal on the wrapping.I went from a hero to a embarrassed goat- Shame, Shame on me!

I will donate them to a charity

Same thing happen to me in massapequa, New York today. I didn't buy the jackets because I knew it was to good to be true. Basically told this italian *** to go *** him self with his fake pleather jackets.

My husband just had the same thing happen to him..

He was leaving our bank and got flagged down buy one of these guys and had the same story.

He wanted to do something sweet for my birthday, which happens to be today, and thought he had gotten super lucky. Something told him after all this took place to Google "Armani".. He called me on his way back to our office and told me that he had "done something" and that he hoped that I remembered how much he loves me. I chuckled and thought, ok?..

When he arrived the look on his face was of complete disappointment and shame. My sweet husband was acting from the heart (just like you were) and the devil took advantage of his kindness and conned him into four "Armani" jackets. The best way to overcome this is to do exactly what you did.. DONATE THEM to charity!

I called one of the leaders at our church, here in Naples, FL, and asked if we had a donation center at our church for clothing or if I should just go to GoodWill. Her advice was to take them to St. Matthew's House. The program there helps to support recovering addicts work their way back into society by teaching them how to obtain and hold down a job.

St. MH will supply clothing to the residents there to help boost their confidence.

We are truly blessed to be able to donate these jackets to FOUR people who will be able to use them to better their lives.

Thank you Lord for giving my husband and I the opportunity to help, not just one, but FOUR people today! Thy Will Be Done.

Happy Birthday to me :)
